LXP Skills is a specialist Training Provider and Recruitment Agency in the Further Education, Skills and Training sector. We are a family owned and run business that operates from the small market town of Lytham St Anne’s in the North West of England.

So how does that translate into the services that we offer and how we can support you?

Well good news, we are a TQUK approved centre offering a suite of
training, assessing and quality assurance courses. When you choose an
LXP distance learning course either for yourself or a member of your
team, one of our highly experienced tutors will provide learners with one
to one support for the duration of the course. Going back to school is
never easy for people and we understand the challenges of studying part
time and online. Our courses are flexible and made to fit around learners,
we take great pride in our level of support and we love seeing people get
their certificates

You are trying to land your first or next role in FE, Skills and Training

If you are ready to apply for jobs and put yourself out there, then register with us and we can play match maker with employers looking to hire. Working with an agency (especially the good ones!) can take the stress out of firing your CV here there and everywhere. We take a proactive approach, and we are always talking to clients about their vacancies. When you are registered you can get ahead of the pack and get sent straight over for new roles

So you’ve made the decision (maybe through gritted teeth!) to work with
an agency. At LXP Skills we act as an extension of your own team,
working tirelessly to get the right person for your organisation. As a
training provider ourselves we have a very good understanding of market
and the type of people required to operate successfully. We can help you with any vacancy from assessors and admins through to business
development and senior management.

If you are looking for assessors then we have candidates that have either
completed our CAVA course or are in the process of qualifying. This gives
us a good pipeline of potential candidates that might not have been found
through the typical channel.
